Spa Day Etiquette & Tips 2024

Attire
Luxurious robes and slippers are provided for all guests upon request. Men and women are welcome to disrobe to your level of comfort for treatments.

Spa Etiquette
Spa Day Wellness is for  rest and rejuvenation providing peaceful and relaxing experiences for all. Join us in supporting this environment by using spa voices, keeping your cell phone sound off and always engaging in respectful behavior.

Remain Hydrated
To make the most of your experience, remember to stay well hydrated before and during your spa day. Our spas provide fresh spa, lemon honey ginger tea, and green tea for your health and enjoyment throughout the spa. For your safety, please refrain from consuming alcoholic beverages before your visit. (no food allowed in spa)

Amenities
We are delighted to offer you premium facials, body scrubs, massage, whole-body red light therapy, and waxing. 

Sales / Purchases / Gift Cards

All sales are final and no refunds or credits will be issued. 

Teens
We invite our teen guests ages 13-17 to massage and skin care services tailored to their specific needs and also welcome them to enjoy our spa amenities. Please keep in mind that teens must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times while enjoying the spa. 

Electronic Devices
Disconnect and unwind. Leave your phone and electronic devices sound in the off position for the ultimate relaxation experience. We respect our guests’ privacy and peacefulness, so all electronic devices including cell phones, tablets, cameras, and laptops are not allowed inside the spa areas. 

Cancellations
Please understand we have reserved an appointment, especially for you. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so a minimum of  12 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid charges. All missed appointments and late cancellations will be charged in $50 We will not charge if a massage is rebooked and completed within 48 hours.   

Gratuity
Leaving a tip for your service provider is customary and a nice way to say, “thank you for your care”. Standard hospitality rates suggest a minimum of 20% but gratuity is, of course, at your discretion. 

Gift Certificates
Show friends, family, and colleagues you care with a gift certificate that never expires. The gift certificate value, at the time of purchase, is redeemable for any future services or product purchases in spa. When redeeming, gift certificates must always be presented at the time of service with the original receipt. Until a gift certificate is fully redeemed, please place it in a safe location as lost, misplaced, or stolen certificates are not refundable or replaceable. Protect your gift certificate purchase by only buying directly from Spa Day Wellness. Unfortunately, certificates purchased through third-party vendors are likely to be stolen or invalid, and therefore these certificates will not be honored by Spa Day Wellness. No exchanges or refunds for any gift certificates.

Return Policy
